Agile guitars are the brainshild of a small mom and pop shop in NJ caled ROndo Music. They can be found at www.rondomusic.net
The Agile phenomenon began arond the turn of the last century (1999 to you and me) when they started importing a self branded form of Les Paul copies called AGILE's .

Their initial series the 2000's were considered by many, at www.harmonycentral.com, to be one of the GREATEST values ever found. These made in asia guitars were under $200 and were, some said, FAR superior to Gibsons subsidiary, Epiphone, and almost rivaled some Gibson branded guitars themselves.

Although I was never lucky enough to get to try one of those ORIGINAL 2000 series (they have since been re issued), I did find myself spending 6 hours in the shop itself in 1993 when I was looking for an LP copy.
